Drugs of any kind is absolutely prohibited. Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed.
Parties, events and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
3rd Party booking is not allowed.
Noise: Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 11:00pm till 7:00a.m. Please refrain from making noise during that time. It is very important to us that you respect the neighbors privacy and quiet times.
Security: Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use glassware in or around the area.
Guest must lock the door after they leave the facility.
Pets are not allowed in the facility.
Bathrooms: Please do not throw paper towel, feminine hygiene products or trash in the toilets.
Smoking: Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the property. It is allowed outside with windows and doors closed.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of correctly in the ashtrays provided and not littered on the property grounds.
Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Please report any damages, breakages or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.
Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
The cost of damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
